Ride receipts not appearing in Concur

Your Lyft account must be properly integrated with Concur for ride receipts to forward successfully.

First, please double-check that your Lyft account is properly integrated with Concur. You can follow the steps to link your Lyft account with Concur here.

You can also use the Lyft app by following these steps: 

  1. Tap ‘Settings’
  2. Tap ‘Business profile’
  3. Tap ‘Expense Management’
  4. Select ‘Concur’

If you’re set up correctly, please check your Ride History to make sure that the relevant rides were taken in ‘business ride’ profile. Receipts for rides taken under your Personal profile are not sent to Concur to protect your privacy.
