Can I change the payment method for a past ride?

Our payment processor doesn't currently allow us to switch payment methods once a charge is complete.

Want to change your Personal or Business Profile default payment methods for the future? Follow the steps below to select a new default payment method:

  1. Tap your profile pic at the top-left
  2. Tap ‘Payment’
  3. Assign your ‘Payment defaults’ at the bottom of the screen

For future reference, you can tap the charge amount on the rating screen after a ride to choose your preferred payment method, in case you want to change it last minute. Once a ride payment has processed, however, we are unable to alter the payment method.
