Business Profile rides
If you are a passenger who lost an item on a ride you took, whether the ride was completed through your Personal or Business Profile, please contact Lyft support.
As consideration for your driver’s time, we may charge passengers up to $15 when their driver returns a lost item. We’ll make sure the full amount goes to the driver.
You won’t be charged until the driver notifies us they’ve successfully returned your item. If you'd like to thank your driver even more, an extra tip is a great way to do so.
