Concierge administrators and agents can request a ride for a passenger who does not have a mobile device/cell phone. In this event, the passenger(s) will not receive the ride-related text messages or notifications.
Please ensure the agent can convey info to the passenger about their ride (license plate, car type, driver name, etc.). If possible, the passenger should remain physically close to the point of contact to get ride details prior to pickup.
If the passenger does not have a mobile phone, enter the most suitable point of contact in the ‘Phone Number’ field. For instance, this could be the phone number of the agent requesting the ride.
Please note that if a landline is entered, SMS messages relating to the ride status will not be delivered.
