Add, replace, and delete payment cards for your Lyft Business account

You can add multiple payment methods in your organization’s Lyft Business Portal to use for your Concierge branches and Auto Pay accounts. Replace or delete any card you've added at any time. 


Add and assign payment cards for your Auto Pay accounts and Concierge branches 

You can add one payment card to charge for all rides, or add multiple cards and assign them to specific Auto Pay accounts and/or Concierge branches. The rides will be charged to the assigned payment card on file.

  1. Log in to the Lyft Business Portal
  2. Click on Settings on the left-hand sidebar
  3. Click Payment
  4. Click Payment + and enter in the new credit card information
  5. Click Save
  6. Repeat these steps for as many payment cards as you would like to add
     

Assign a specific payment method to an Auto Pay account:

  1. From the Lyft Business Portal, select Business Profiles from the left-hand sidebar
  2. Under Business Profiles, click Auto Pay
  3. Click into the Auto Pay account that you would like to assign the new payment method
  4. Click Edit Auto Pay
  5. Scroll down to Payment Method and click the drop-down box
  6. From here, you’ll see a list of available payment methods you can assign to this account. Select the payment method you’d like to use, or select + Add new payment method to add a new credit card

  7. Click Save. Now, your employees’ business rides taken using Auto Pay will be charged to your newly added or selected payment method!

Assign a specific payment method to a Concierge branch:

  1. From the Lyft Business Portal, select Concierge from the left-hand sidebar
  2. Under Concierge, click Branches
  3. Click into the Concierge branch that you would like to assign the new payment method
  4. Click Edit Branch
  5. Scroll down to Payment Method and click the drop-down box
  6. From here, you’ll see a list of available payment methods you can assign to this branch. Select the payment method you’d like to use, or select + Add new payment method to add a new credit card
  7. Click Save. Now, Concierge rides from this branch will be charged to your selected payment method!

Replace your primary payment card or delete any extra payment cards

It's important to note that your organization will need to have at least one primary payment method saved in the Lyft Business Portal at all times. If there is only one credit card saved, you will only be able to replace it and will not be able to delete it.

If for any reason you need to delete the primary payment method on your account instead of replacing it with a new payment method, please contact us.


Replace a payment method:

  1. Log in to the Lyft Business Portal
  2. Click 'Settings' from the left-hand sidebar
  3. Click 'Payment'
  4. Select the card you want to replace
  5. Click 'Edit Card'
  6. Enter in the new credit card information
  7. Click 'Save'

Delete a payment method:

  1. Log in to the Lyft Business Portal
  2. Click 'Settings' from the left-hand sidebar
  3. Click 'Payment'
  4. Select the card you want to delete
  5. Click 'Delete Card'
