Adding people to your Lyft Business account
How many people can I add to my Lyft Business account?
The sky's the limit! Invite as many people as you need to your organization’s Lyft Business account. We don’t limit the number of people who can be added to an account or be granted access to a particular product.
What products will I be able to give my people access to?
In the add people flow, you can select the following products to grant your people access to:
Invite them to one, two, or all three products. If any of these products are not yet enabled for your Lyft Business account, you will have to first enable them before you can invite people to use them.
You’ll also choose which role they should be given—Member, Agent, or Admin.
Member applies to Auto Pay and Lyft Pass programs.
- A member of an Auto Pay program will be able to charge rides taken using their business profile directly to the company card.
- A member of a Lyft Pass program will receive a monthly allotment of ride credit on the first day of each month
Agent applies to Concierge.
- An agent will be able to request and pre-schedule rides on behalf of others for a specific Concierge branch
Admin applies to Auto Pay, Lyft Pass, and Concierge.
- An admin receives the same benefits as members and has additional capabilities. Admins can also log in to the Lyft Business Portal and add and remove people to the specific branch or program, grant admin permissions to other agents or members, download reports, and view ride data for the specific branch or program they are an admin for
