Search is available at the top of the page for looking up past rides anytime. You can search for past rides using the full first and/or last name of the rider or the complete mobile phone number (including area code) that was entered to request the ride.

How to search for a past ride

1. Log in to Concierge
2. Click on the search bar at the top of the page
3. For the most accurate search results, type the full name of the rider and press enter. You can also only type the full first name or the full last name if for any reason you cannot find the ride you're looking for using the full name
   
   
   
   
4. The search results will populate all rides where the full name matches what you have entered
   
5. If the ride you're searching for doesn't appear in the search results list, try searching for the ride using the mobile phone number that was used to request the ride
6. Click on the ride you're searching for from the search result list to pull up the ride card and ride details
