At this time, the process of deleting of your Lyft Business account must be performed by a support agent.
If you need to delete your Lyft Business account, please submit a ticket through the Lyft Business contact form and complete the following steps:
- Enter your work email address that has administrator access to your organization’s account in the 'Email address' field. We will only be able to honor deletion requests that come from admin email address
- In the 'What can we help you with?' field, select 'I'm the organizations admin of a Lyft Business account' > 'People and permissions' > 'Removing members'
- Type 'Request to delete Lyft Business account for [your organization name]' in the 'Description' box.
Once you submit your request, a support agent will contact you to confirm the deletion of your account.
