At this time, the process of deleting of your Lyft Business account must be performed by a support agent.
If you need to delete your Lyft Business account, please submit a ticket through the Lyft Business contact form and complete the following steps:
- Enter your work email address that has administrator access to your organization’s account in the Email address field. We will only be able to honor deletion requests that come from admin email address
- In the What can we help you with? field, select Help with account settings, billing, or reporting > Organizational accounts > Other
- Type Request to delete Lyft Business account for [your organization name] in the Description box
Once you submit your request, a support agent will contact you to confirm the deletion of your account.
