Locating Lyft Pass in the app

What is Lyft Pass? 

Lyft Pass is a product from Lyft that allows companies to cover a portion or total cost of your Lyft rides (excluding tips). Lyft Pass can be distributed by organizations in a variety of ways. Click here to learn more!

How to find your Lyft Pass

Once your organization has shared your Lyft Pass with you via code or clickable link, you can add the Lyft Pass in the Payment tab of your Lyft app. 

To add a Lyft Pass in the Payment tab of the Lyft app:

  1. Tap the three-bar icon in the top left corner to open your menu
  2. Tap 'Payment'
  3. Scroll down and select 'Add Lyft Pass'
Please note that if using a clickable link, your Lyft app will open and your Lyft Pass will automatically apply. 

To view your added passes in the Payment tab of the Lyft app:

  1. Tap the three-bar icon in the top left corner to open your menu
  2. Tap 'Payment'
  3. Scroll to the section titled 'Lyft Pass' below Payment methods

Not seeing your Lyft Pass in the Payment tab? Check the Rewards tab to see if Lyft Pass is listed.

Before requesting a ride, make sure to set your app to your Personal profile by tapping the 'Payment method' shown on the ride mode selection screen. Click here to learn more about how to switch between your Personal and Business Profile. 

How to contact support 

If you are experiencing issues with your Lyft Pass please reach out to our Lyft support team for assistance.

To connect with Lyft support:

  1. Select the three-bar icon in the top left corner to open your menu
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the navigation bar and select 'Help'
  3. Under All help tap on the 'Lyft ride and payment issues' category
  4. Scroll and tap on 'Promo, credit, or coupon issue'
  5. Tap 'Dispute fare or charge'

Select the specific ride you want assistance on and tap 'Contact us'
