Editing an existing Lyft Pass program

Learn more about how to edit, copy, pause or delete an existing Lyft Pass program in this article.

In this article, we'll cover:

How to edit existing programs

To edit your existing Lyft Pass program, click into the program you'd like to edit in the Lyft Business Portal. Select the 'three-dot icon' in the upper right corner next to 'Share passes' and click 'Edit.' Editable details will have a 'pencil icon' indicating these details can be changed. You’ll see a lock icon if the details are not editable. Once you're done, click 'Update.'

What can I edit?

Ride passes that were shared via phone number or work or organization email address have more flexibility in what can be updated compared to ride passes shared via unique and general codes. If you need to make a change that is not editable, you’ll need to create a new program and make the change.

The table below outlines what can be edited based on sharing method used:

How to copy your Lyft Pass program

Need to create another program with the exact same settings? Easily copy any program you've created so you don't have to manually select each setting again. Only the settings of the program will be copied—you'll need to distribute or invite people to the cloned program and people in the original program won't receive double benefits from the cloned program.

To copy a Lyft Pass program:

  1. Select Lyft Pass from the left navigation bar in the Lyft Business Portal and select 'Programs'
  2. Select the program that you’ll be duplicating
  3. Select the 'three-dot icon' in the upper right corner next to 'Share passes'
  4. Select 'Copy'
