What is the review process?

As part of the Lyft Business onboarding process, our sales team members will conduct a review and credit check before a Lyft Business account is activated and your products are enabled. 

Check your spam folder and confirm that lyft.com is whitelisted, so you receive our emails. Our sales team will reach out over email to coordinate a phone call and complete your account setup.

Here are a few tips for getting your ride program up and running ASAP:

  • Ensure that the email domain used to sign up for the account matches your organization’s business website 
  • Check your spam folder and be sure to whitelist emails from Lyft

How long can you expect to wait?

After setting up your Lyft Business account, we will generally get back to you within 48 business hours. If you’re waiting longer than 48 hours, then please contact our support team.
