How do I update my payment method?

Learn how Admins can add, remove or set an existing payment method as the default for an organization or program - all within the Lyft Business Portal.

Add a credit card or payment method

  1. Select Settings on the left navigation bar, then select Payments
  2. Select the down arrow next to the current payment method and choose Add a payment in the dropdown menu
  3. In the Add new payment method box, enter the credit card number, expiration date, and CVC code. Select Save to add the new card
  4. The new card will now appear as the current payment method. Select Continue to initiate verification

Remove a credit card or payment method

  1. Log in to the Lyft Business Portal
  2. Click Settings from the left-hand sidebar
  3. Click Payment
  4. Select the card you want to delete
  5. Click Delete Card

Set an existing payment method as the default

  1. Log in to the Lyft Business Portal
  2. Click Settings from the left-hand sidebar
  3. Click Payment
  4. Select the card you want to replace
  5. Click Edit Card
  6. Enter in the new credit card information
  7. Click Save

Note: To replace your primary payment method, your organization will need to have at least one primary payment method saved in the Lyft Business Portal at all times.
