What browsers are compatible with Lyft Business products?

Lyft Business products are compatible with the following browsers:

Why is browser compatibility important?

Browser compatibility is important because using up-to-date internet browsers helps our products perform as intended and positively impacts our users’ experience. Using an incompatible browser could result in a product not working as intended, including crashes, erroneous error reports, and product features not being available.


Why is Internet Explorer not compatible? 

Microsoft no longer supports the Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) web browser as of June 22nd, 2022

This change impacts any customer attempting to access any Lyft Business product (the Lyft Business portal, login pages, Concierge) using Internet Explorer 11. Customers will need to use a different browser such as Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari. 


FAQs 

Are Lyft Business products going to be compatible with Internet Explorer in the future? 

No. Because Microsoft is no longer supporting Internet Explorer and instead recommending that their users switch to Microsoft Edge, we have no plans to resume support Internet Explorer as a compatible browser for Lyft Business products.

Are Lyft Business products compatible with previous Internet Explorer versions? 

No. Internet Explorer is no longer a browser that is supported by Microsoft, and therefore Lyft Business products are not compatible with any version of Internet Explorer.

What if I try to use Internet Explorer 11? 

If you try to use Internet Explorer after June 22nd, 2022 we cannot guarantee the reliability of our products' performance.
